Dummies...

I have own this DVD for long time and still love it. I know I should try to harder version..because of
I always quit easy or get tired of it soon still I keep this and every time when I start do pilates I have
muscle pain..
 
Like I mentioned before, I WILL EXERCISE!!

猿にもできるピラティス・・・・いろいろなことが三日坊主で終わる私は未だにこの初級レベルから
上がりません・・・そして毎回やるたびに筋肉痛になります。
